Step 1. Member Center > Arrival Management > Go for delivery
Step 2. Select parcel(s) to initiate a shipment list
Step 3. Select packages for reinforcement if needed. [optional]
Step 4. Enter ship-to information and select your choice of shipping method > Submit
Step 5. Order Form is sent successfully! You can click on [View Shipping List] to see the order status.
Step 6. After receiving your shipping list, MYJAPAN staff will package them as required, and propose the international shipping fee to you. You can then go to: Member Center > Shipping list > Packed to see the detail.
Step 7. After packaging your orders, shipment order number(s) will be created. You could see the details by following: Member Center > Shipping List & Payment > Payment Required / Pay Now
Step 8. Please click "Pay Now" for payment then requirement for shipment will be sent out.
Once initial the shipping requirement, MYJAPAN will soon propose the 2nd part payment including domestic and international delivery fee, service tax if happened, etc.
If the payment is made by Japan time 10:00 (+9), the package will be dispatching on the same day, otherwise it will be dispatching on the next working day.
If the payment is made on weekend or Japan's Public Holiday, the package will be dispatching on next working day, too.
